Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Bluepitch collects through bluepitch.football, why, and what rights you have.
Who we are
Bluepitch B.V. is responsible for the personal data described here. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95329641. For anything about your data, email hello@bluepitch.football.
What we collect when you contact us
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation, the subject you pick and your message. Your phone number is optional. We use this to answer you and, if there is a fit, to follow up about working together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before a contract.
If you send a job query, we use what you send only to assess your application.
What we collect when you visit the site
With your consent we use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Leadfeeder. They tell us how the site is used, which ads lead to a contact request, which kinds of professionals visit and which companies visit. Leadfeeder uses the IP address of a visit to find the company name; it does not identify you as a person. Which cookies this involves, and how to change your choice, is in our Cookie Policy.
Who else handles your data
We use these providers to run the site and our business. Each processes data on our behalf:
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| GoDaddy | Hosting the website |
| Email (Google Workspace), Google Analytics and Google Ads | |
| Website statistics and measuring LinkedIn advertising | |
| Leadfeeder (Dealfront) | Identifying which companies visit the site |
| Asana | Keeping track of enquiries and projects |
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Data outside the EU
Some of these providers, such as Google and LinkedIn, may process data outside the European Union. Where that happens, the provider uses the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case our contract and the law decide.
- Job applications: up to four weeks after the application process ends, or one year if you agree to that.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@bluepitch.football and we will reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
We update this policy when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
