We overhauled an outdated Flazio-based website and shop with poor conversion rates, plus a separate offline system, into a seamless modern platform aligned with the club’s resurgence ambitions. The new Catania Store leverages Shopify fully across online, stadium at Stadio Angelo Massimino, city centre Official Store (POS location via Vittorio Emanuele II 133), and airport outlets. This provides real-time stock insights over all multiple inventory locations.
