A connected fan revenue ecosystem for The Great Old.
Royal Antwerp FC, Belgium’s oldest club, and Bluepitch start working together on the club’s fan revenue. Ticketing, the online login, merchandise, fan preferences and email currently sit in separate systems. The aim is one connected way of working, built step by step.
Where we start
The first step is a central environment for fan data, connected to an email platform that exchanges opt-ins and segments. From there the roadmap covers retail, fan service and a central login.
